Dr Katie provides information and exercises that I can do at home between appointments that are always helpful. I always feel welcomed and truly cared for.

I really can’t speak more highly of The Spinal Connection. I found them about 1.5 years ago when I needed active release therapy / sports massage work done. Chris is comparable to my massage therapist back in Baton Rouge who worked on Olympic athletes. He’s so knowledgeable about the muscle groups and takes the time after sessions to show you how they’re all intertwined. Any time my body is really hurting from training, he’s my goto person.I’ve seen each of the massage therapists, all of which have been incredible in their own unique ways. Dr. Ali and Dr. Katie are so welcoming and never forget my name when I walk in. I love this place!

Kate is one of the best at identifying trouble spots and addressing them. Her professionalism is on point and she really cares and is genuine. Both Kate and Ali greet every client like friends and they are just so nice.
