Excellent service. I had many years of dealing with foot pain, trying different shoes and orthotics with no help. Allison showed me exercises to strengthen the area and it dramatically improved.
I have been to PT Effect for 3 different injuries over the past year (shoulder, elbow, ankles). Each time they were able to book me an appointment right away after my insurance referral. The staff is welcoming and friendly, always a fun vibe in there. Each appointment started with a check in on my progress, then there would be some massage, prior to practicing exercises. The exercises they gave me to do at home were easy to follow and fit in my schedule. They were highly effective. For each injury my recovery time was about 6 weeks, and I saw progress on a weekly basis. They were happy to answer all my questions during the appointments or via email. Highly recommend!
A good combination of professional therapists and a relaxed environment. I went in with a lot of pain and exited completely painless.
