I Love going to One Health Boutique. Elena the owner is so sweet and very flexible with my schedule. I’ve worked out with Elena, Charles and Donald and they are very knowledgeable and can pinpoint what I need to work on and strengthen. They are very attentive when I’m working out to watch my form and correct it if needed. Charles does body work to help your body perform the way it’s meant to. The chiropractors are amazing as well. I’ve had this pain in my lower back for years and between the massage therapist, chiropractor , and Charles doing body work on me and strength training I’m finally starting to feel better. I’ve been coming here since 2018 when someone I work with recommended it. Was in a really low place mentally and physically onehealth significantly changed my mindset and my life.
I never took working out seriously my entire life and it was a big change in the beginning for me, but I’m really glad that I kept going. I met some incredible people here too that can really help with your goals. They offer a range of different resources; physical therapy, massage , chiropractor and personal training sessions.
