THE MUSCLE DOC has changed my life and I have only had one session so far, seems unbelievable I know. Little backstory: 3 years ago I landed on my side from about 15 ft in the air while skiing and have had EXTREME lower back/gluteal/ hamstring & quad tightness/pain ever since. I had a positive experience with the muscle doc, my shoulder was hurting for months and I needed some help. Got some work done once a week and it helped a lot with my pain, at some point I couldn't feel any pain at all! But my pain will return after some time. Chris talked me through what I needed to do to help my shoulder which I appreciate. Ended up not going back because my situation was a lot worse than I had thought. Apparently I had a torn tendon but would go back to Chris if I have to for sure

I thought I should share my gratitude for Chris and let the world know how amazing and passionate he is about helping people get better. I am grateful to have found him right when I was literally about to give up on myself. I have been in two car accidents and have been mistreated by both a chiropractor and a reckless massage therapist. Doctors only gave me painkillers and told me I had to learn to live in pain for the rest of my life, and I’m not even 50 years old yet. Before I came to Chris, I couldn’t even get out of bed or shower on my own.
