Started out very lethargic with no real exercise experience. Thanks to Sean and Ben I am happy to say my discipline has turned into a weekly routine. My strength and energy have greatly improved. Definitely needed this guidance to continue making the rest of the year a healthy and active one.

I completed a 12-week program end of last year and loved it! I came from having literally zero activity to working out with Sean and his team three times a week and walking 30-60 min. each day. I lost a little over 30 lbs over those 12 weeks. I had to take a break due to health issues but I'm looking forward to being back in the fold. His energy and support are refreshing. No gimmicks or quick fixes here.. just sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes!
