I wanted to get a quantifiable assessment of how to tackle my fitness goals. Sean's program does exactly that and more. From the get-go, Sean's Hydrostatic Body Composition test allows you to identify lean body mass & fat body mass, and determined a fitness and nutritional program so you can achieve the goals you are looking for by the end of the program.
