This has been the most pleasant and positive experience I have ever had with going to the doctor!! I found this group after my annual came due with my old doctor and I realized how much I didn’t want to go back. If you are thinking about switching, do it!! They have patiently listened to all of my concerns and helped me in every area of my life. Thank you ladies for helping in all of the ways and being so sweet to me and your other patients. You rock!!!

Any office that does not turn their phones on until later in the day, and THEN says we do not listen to messages until the end of the day or the next morning is in trouble. Perhaps the office should mention that policy in their voice mail message. People need an open line of communication to their doctors. Not answering the phone or not meeting the needs of the patient when you finally reach a human is very frustrating. Please train your front-desk people in how to respond to patients who are ill and need a follow-up call from a previous appointment when tests come back. Wating until they can be scheduled in is not the best alternative.

Awful clinic.When I had my wisdom teeth removed, my dentist told me if I needed medication to reach out to my primary care. I left a voicemail with the clinic and Dr M calls me and YELLS at me and is completely rude saying that’s not how it works.Don’t bother trying to call at 8am, they don’t turn the phones on until much later.
