Sean was fantastic -he looked over my house plans and advised me on where best to put an ADU. He really knows the San Diego codes and regulations. He clearly patiently answered my many questions and explained which of my many ideas would work and which wouldn't, due to setbacks, coastal commission, square footage limits, and a host of other technical things. He stays up to date on these codes and regulations (that can change every few months) that are confusing for a layperson like me. I am looking forward to working with him on future projects!
