I found 1070 Architecture through a Google search looking for info about setback laws in San Diego. I reached out to Sean through his website with some questions and he got back to me right away and included some really helpful information about our lot potentially backing up to what is called a "paper street." Two other companies we had previously spoken to hadn't realized or mentioned this. Sean was fantastic -he looked over my house plans and advised me on where best to put an ADU. He really knows the San Diego codes and regulations. He clearly patiently answered my many questions and explained which of my many ideas would work and which wouldn't, due to setbacks, coastal commission, square footage limits, and a host of other technical things. He stays up to date on these codes and regulations (that can change every few months) that are confusing for a layperson like me. I am looking forward to working with him on future projects!

Ten Seventy Architecture was the architect for my wife and I's home in Mission Hills, CA. Sean went out of his way to provide a clear process from start to completion. Sean listened to our ideas and had even better ones for us to review and approve. I highly recommend this company for residential architecture.
