My Mom had prepaid for her cremation which was a blessing. I called them and they picked her up from the hospital and then called me when her ashes were ready for pick up. The person I spoke with on the phone was very kind and sympathetic which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I are both purchasing prepaid plans with them.

They took care of my father 10 years ago when I realized no plans were made. They came at 1:00 in the morning to pick up his body and were so nice. I paid them the next day and they delivered the ashes to the niche we had purchased. All was wonderful in a stressful time. We are working on our plans with them now.
