My Mom had prepaid for her cremation which was a blessing. I called them and they picked her up from the hospital and then called me when her ashes were ready for pick up. The person I spoke with on the phone was very kind and sympathetic which I greatly appreciated. My husband and I are both purchasing prepaid plans with them.

They took care of my father 10 years ago when I realized no plans were made. They came at 1:00 in the morning to pick up his body and were so nice. I paid them the next day and they delivered the ashes to the niche we had purchased. All was wonderful in a stressful time. We are working on our plans with them now. Don't hesitate to use this company.

My mother made arrangements with Telophase 30+ years ago. When she died it was simple for me. They were contacted by the assisted living facility upon her death and from that point on they took care of everything. They're very patient, accommodating and efficient.
