Phone was promptly answered. The representative was clear and concise to my needs. Told me if my Mac was brought in by morning, it would be completed same day. Took to replace my dead macbook air battery, then the audio wouldn't work afterwards. Took it back, and they diagnosed and then replaced a small part free of charge on-site while I waited and now works perfectly. Highly recommended.
So grateful I found Tech Kahunas and brought my MacBook in for them to repair instead of the Apple Store. I spilled liquid on the corner of my laptop, damaging the display. The Apple Store told me I would need to buy a new laptop, but tech kahunas fixed it for me in a matter of days for 1/10 of the price. My laptop is working perfectly weeks later, and the whole experience dealing with their office was so easy. They are very professional, communicative and efficient. I plan to hire them for any laptop work I may need in the future! Thank you guys!
