I had been going for massages with Suzanne consistently for four years (since mid-2018 and all through COVID and a move) when she suddenly texted me that she was refunding my pre-paid massages and canceling my appointments. When I asked, she made up an answer that was not true. She said the last few sessions were not therapeutically valuable and she was ethically bound to release me. They were therapeutically valuable to me, so she lied to me about why she did this and did not talk to me about whatever was really going on. I trusted her and she betrayed that trust in a big way.

Suzanne is fantastic! I've been getting massages since my first neck injury in 2007, and I've had many therapists in the last 12 years. She is great at working with specific needs and targeted work on particular areas. She has very even pressure with both hands & is able to fluidly move between pressures in different areas, when needed, which I have found to be VERY rare. She is an excellent communicator and has a wonderful personality and memory for prior visits and concerns. HIGHLY recommend!
