First visit to the San Carlos location occurred in late April 2024. Basically it was to see how my rescue fur baby responded to the environment. I am happy to report friendly, welcoming team members and no barking or hiding behaviors from my doggy. The storefront and inside were clean without that overpowering sanitizing smell. To the left of the counter I noted at least two if not three self-service dog washing stations. This option and others available on a service board were explained by the helpful associate. I did lots of research before we chose a salon for our 6 month old Goldendoodle. After reading tons of reviews, we went with suds n pups! Really amazing groomers! Everyone was so kind and loving with my dog, I felt comfortable leaving her in their care. She's happy, calm and well taken care of! I have a giant breed dog and it is near impossible to wash her at home. They take care when cutting nails and pay attention to details such as skin issues and allergies... I definitely recommend brining your pets here!
Tried out Sud N Pups for the first time with our two doodles, and we are so happy we did. The salon is modern, clean and welcoming. The dogs looked fantastic when they were done, and it was apparent our groomer really takes pride in her work. Zero nicks or razor burn, which has been an issue in the past with big store salons like PetSmart. Can't wait to come back!
