I love this place! I have tried PT, chiropractor & a cortisone shot for my sciatica. Only a few sessions here & things feel slightly better. Will give it more time for sure. In the meantime, it is not hurting to have a good, controlled stretch & the myofascial release done, feels so good! The professional, kind practitioners that work here really know their stuff. Kind, gentle yet strong & effective. So far so good, will update as I have more sessions.

I am a long-time client at Stretch U and can't say enough great things about the service they offer. I had my first stretch today by a new tech, Azriele, and just have to take this opportunity to gush! Like many of the professionals at Stretch U, Azriele has a background in kinesiology. To boost her experience she is also a former athlete and professional in the Cheer industry. This means she highly acquainted with the limits the body has for flexibility and how important it is the maintain it. I've been doing StretchU for a while now and it helped me a lot with back pain, tight legs, preventing injuries and being more flexibe in general. I really like this type of session, since it's more active than a massage, but it's not just stretches that I could do on my own. They are very knowledgable and professional and know how to work on the body. Thanks!
