We had about 850sq ft of flooring done in our house. What made Star Flooring stand out was the responsive and considerate service from Jim, who managed our project. We contacted them looking for a company to handle the installation, as we had material selected from a third party. Jim offered to show us Star Flooring material as well (which the product was very nice, but we ended up sticking with what we'd already selected). I expected a sales pitch to pressure us to go with their product, but never got that from Jim. He was honest and transparent and gave me clear options in writing.

Jim and his crew were fantastic. We wanted flooring installed before move in and they were able to coordinate around a tight schedule and got the job done in a few hours. And they did a spectacular job! Couldn’t be happier with our new LVP flooring!
Ken is a very efficient rep. He gets my work orders completed and checks in if my property needs anything. He makes sure I’m good and if any last minute changes, he makes it happen!!! Thanks kenny!!!
