After going to regular PT offered by one of the major health systems and having no results, my primary care physician referred me to SpineZone. The SpineZone approach was much better. The machines are designed to isolate the specific areas. I definitely got stronger and was given a better selection of home exercises that made maintenance doable. The spasms I was having significantly reduced and some went away They did physical work. Clarissa and Kiki are a great team. Thanks.
