The goal of this program is to empower you by strengthening your core spinal muscles with the most efficient machines available. This will allow you to return to your regular activities with much less or no pain. Our holistic mind/body approach allows your body to heal itself, to prevent recurrence of pain and reduce or eliminate the costs associated with medication, surgery and injections.
