I am so happy that I went with Spectrum Renovation! Richard (the owner) was recommended to me and provided an assessment of the mold remediation needed on my property. In addition to the assessment, he evaluated the situation and offered longer term solutions for the causes of the mold (sprinklers to close to the property, property sloping downwards, etc.). When we started the remediation, Richard came to set things up the first day and his team took over after that. His team (especially JP) is so professional and so easy to communicate with - they kept me informed and answered all my questions. And of course, the best part is that we passed the mold retesting with flying colors! Richard is an honest person and offers very good advice. I highly recommend him and his company.

I have used Spectrum on many jobs. Many. They're always good honest and affordable. I've bid them against other contractors and they win each time. When I call they answer; if I have issues, they're quickly dealt with. I will continue to use Richard and Spectrum for all of my contracting needs. Thanks Richard and Debbie!

We originally were referred to Spectrum from a forensic mold investigator- so you know they are creditable.Our family had purchased a home that we knew had some mold damage. What I've learned about mold is you don't really know what you are getting yourself into until you start peeling things back. This project turned from one room into every perimeter wall of the entire house. From a budget standpoint, you go in thinking one number and then it could just explode exponentially then it's too late you are married to your vendor.
