Stephanie is a wonderful body worker....i have chronic low back pain from an old injury....and she helps me a lot with that, and with generalized muscular tension ......i also have referred many of my San Diego patients that I treat with Dry Needling for Pain and other issues as well as acupuncture and Chinese medicine, to Stephanie, for pain and stress management, and have had glowing feedback from them about her work....I also find her to have a very gentle healing presence.....Thanks

I was visiting from NY and desperately needed a massage. Being a runner, I’m picky about the areas I need focus on. That said, Kaitlin is experienced, attentive, and the massage she gave (no exaggeration) was easily one of the best I’ve received to date. She applied just the right amount of pressure on all the right spots. Highly recommend Kaitlin and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

I booked a massage with Kaitlin at Kuba Uchi because I needed immediate relief from a very tight and knotted shoulder. I was able to easily book with her and I’ve got to say she did a great job! I’ve had issues with a spot under my shoulder blade for years and she loosened my extremely tight knot. I could barely turn my head before I got there, and by the time I left, I could hardly notice the tightness. If you need a deep tissue massage, she’s the one to do it. The room is in a neat house in Golden Hill. She’s very strong and a definitely knew what she was doing. I don’t get massages very often due to my chaotic schedule but I’m glad I was able to find her....read full review
