I had a great experience with SoCal Steam Clean & Carpet Cleaning! Taro was fantastic, he communicated very well both before and after the cleaning process, making sure I understood what to expect. The carpets in all 3 bedrooms turned out looking clean and new, just like I hoped. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommend their services!

He made our carpets look brand new and also did some area rugs that we were going to have to get rid of, but he made them look new as well
Our carpets are older, worn down and full of dog and everyday life dirt and grime. Trevin was our technician and he was extremely professional and did an excellent job getting our carpets as clean, he put in a lot of effort and it showed. He listened to our needs and expertly answered all of our questions. When we questioned an area he was right there to take care of it without question, which was much appreciated and showed great customer service.
