We dropped Jax off for a training program and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They assured us that he would be well taken care of and that we would get timely updates. Aaron seemed very knowledgeable and asked a lot of great questions to ensure they understood Jax's needs. We will update the review after his 3 week training is complete but so far, great experience!
Had a great experience with them. My dog went through the 8 week training program recommended to me by Barb My dog is now fully trained and obedient to commands. Thank you snug!! Also wanted to mention that Barb was extremely attentive and patient with me through the whole process. My dog is my child and she made me feel safe and comfortable. There was another lady at the desk who wasn't very nice AT ALL, but Barb quickly took over when she overheard her coworker lose her patience with me. The world needs more people like her.
My girlfriend takes her dog here when she's out of town. Very friendly staff and veterinarians on site. Great place to take your pup or cats. Big selection of toys, treats, food, etc. I can't stress enough how friendly they are here every time we go. Jonny, aka "Jonny Drama," loves coming here and feels at home.
