Excellent Urgent Care. From the Front desk PSR, the nurse, Dr Pham, and the radiologist who did a chest xray. All professional, respectful, and friendly. So happy to have this kind of care.
Came here to this location because the location closest to my house had a 3 hr wait time. I was checked in and walking out with a prescription in less than an hour.
Doctor was very efficient and helped me drain an infection in my neck and gave me antibiotics to help as well. He seemed very confident in his plan of attack for my infection and made me feel comfortable.
Excellent customer service. Urgent Care needs more Dr.'s and staff when it is busy. That is why I scored 4/5 instead of 5/5. Weekend wait times 1-3 hours was a bit challenging. All the staff from front desk
