This review is for John in the optical shop. I had a prescription request for a pair of very complex shaped sunglasses I had. He took the time with me. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. He was very honest and upfront about the time it could take to receive the deliverables. I finally got my sunglasses and they are stunning. My prescription will take a little bit of time to get used to as expected. I am thrilled that he went above and beyond to ensure that these sunglasses could be worked on. Thanks John! Also, the young lady who helped me when I picked them up was wonderful too!

Do not waste your money in this PTThey are lazy and overpriced! Unfortunately it took me three sessions to realize how bad this place was until I obtained a referral to go somewhere else. The other PT was not only much less expensive, it was also so much better. At sharp they will just print you some exercises and send you back home, then they will bill you for manual therapy and adjustments without even doing anything. Nice building and view but useless overpriced PT!! Surgery and everything else was excellent at sharp, I don’t understand how they have such terrible PT

For years, my husband and I received excellent care and customer service at the Sharp Rancho Bernardo facility. That was until we had to interact with their billing department. We will consider other options as a result of this negative experience. We certainly didn't benefit from the "Sharp Experience."
