The doctors and front desk staff are superb.
Sharp also recently switched to a new browser and mobile app. I was skeptical at first, but the new app allows *both* parents to see every child's medical records, and the phone staff for pediatrics were empowered to help me set it up-- no separate line or call center for IT. It was the best experience for a patient IT issue that I have had in over 10 years. Good job Sharp!
I love seeing my doctor here. It is a stress-free location (easy parking, easy to find, big lobby, easy access from freeway, and great customer service). My doctor is very responsive to any concerns and questions I have.
I see Dr. Messoline periodically at Sharp. He always gives me the right advice and most of the time solves the problems I have. It's always delight to see him. In addition, the facility is so great and I have the best experience at Sharp.
