Maaan This shit got me chopped I got a whole fashion tomorrow and now I gotta find someone else to do my hair, she didn't wrap my hair or sit me under a dryer she told me I should have my normal stylest trim my ends WHICH IS ALL THE WAY BACK IN NEW YORK she seemed like she had a attitude the damn near the whole time my hair started frizzing up not even 15 mins from me leaving the salon I'm furious I payed this lady $80 to do a $50 job what are u a professional hairstylist for if u not gon trim the ends during a silk press I ain't just pay 80 for my shit to frizz all the way back up as if I just flat ironed my hair and left very disappointed and I will not be returning to this shop AT ALL sad asl the only other black stylist I could find for my shit to turn out like this. I should've got some of my money back but I wasn't even gon go like that In a place of business the only thing I liked about my appointment was the washing and conditioning, waste of time and a waste of $80

I've been coming to Shan for the past 7 years to have my hair silky pressed and my hair has never been so long, shiny, and beautiful. Shan is always so helpful, caring, and positive during my appointment. I always leave feeling beyond satisfied. I also take my two daughters to see Shan and they love her. She makes them feel so comfortable and does a fantastic job on their hair. I highly recommend Shan as she has helped my hair maintain its healthy look for 7 years.
