“Jason, the owner, is pleasant, helpful and amazing. I brought in some super sad Birkenstocks from 1990 (yes, I'm old). He replaced the cork. Of course he uses the legit Birks brand cork footbed and soles (which aren't cheap - but you get what you pay for). They look gorgeous and he was FAST. Someone sent me to him and I see why. Very happy, will take some boots back to him and get their heels done. Did I mention he does purse repair? Even though he is in Old Town, he has a dedicated parking space which was a deal sealer.“

Two of my favorite shirts lost a button in the dryer, and two cargo/spf style pants needed hemming; of which one also needed the main button re-attached. Susie was professional and friendly as I told her what needed to be done. She asked a couple relevant questions, wrote out a ticket for me and took the clothing. I came back a few days later and everything was ready. Easy peasy. This is why I came back a second time for other clothing alterations. Again, professional, friendly, and concise. She has a customer whenever I may need alterations done.“
