    I have been suffering from Meniere's Disease off and on for over 8 years and I thought I was getting the standard of care from my health network's ENT. But I recently read on menieres.org that I might benefit from seeing a neurologist, so I got a referral to Senta. Based on my initial visit with Carter Copeland, PA-C, and Ian Purcell, MD PhD, I feel that yes, indeed, I am now on a treatment plan that is more comprehensive, more focused on quality of life, and more aggressive in preserving my hearing.     I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this one felt warranted.If you want a medical team that talks down to you and at you instead of with you and listens then this is the place for you.If you’re a human and actually want a decent beside manner and people that actually listen then I’d look elsewhere.0/10 don’t recommend.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. To really understand what to expect from Senta Neurosurgery, I would keep reading. The three main issues are their choices of outstandingly horrible staff, their long wait times, and their complete disregard for actually helping patients.For the first point, I have never experienced such a rude and unpleasant group of staff. Specifically, who I have read a plethora of horrible reviews about, Tanya, seems to have bad track record with many patients, including myself.Secondly, the wait times, as you will read in many of these reviews, are so long it is disrespectful.
