Scripps has been a good experience so far in terms of care and professionalism, every encounter has been pleasant and fruitful with their teams, except for one rude receptionist. This review is more about the organization in terms service. Lately, their schedule times seem to be getting longer, and they seem to be playing scheduling games. An appointment was scheduled months in advance, only to be canceled on the day of the appointment, it has been rescheduled for 40 days later. Let's see if I get another cancelation on that day.. I'll keep you posted.
I'm so glad to be back with Scripps. After a stint with Sharp, it's so nice to actually be able to see specialists when you have issues! I was referred to Dr. Itkin (dermatology) and had a positive experience. Although he wasn't able to complete treat my issue, he was highly responsive and made some big moves for me in my health care!
There is additional parking around the back and the facility was clean.The doctors receptionists need to improve their customer service.However, I do recommend the lab. I did a walk in without an appointment. It was fast.The lab receptionist was a man who provided great service. The lab tech Debbie was stellar! She got my vein on the first try and there was no pain or bruising after.
