Katy is amazing! Before I went to Katy, I could barely reach my arm behind my back and undo my bra strap (TMI, I know)...after having Katy work on my shoulder, I have full range of motion! She's the best. Definitely go see her if you are struggling with chronic pain.

Just had my first session wiht Katy yesterday. My neck has been hurting me for MONTHS and every night I wake up with pain in my arm. I am so thrilled that I slept all night with no arm pain and my neck does not hurt at all. Excited to continue working with Katy to address all the rest of my aches and pains.
