On a Sunday afternoon, our air conditioning unit stopped working. Looked up heating and air conditioning companies on yelp and went down the list, San Diego plumbing, heating air, was the only company of about seven that I called that were available to come out within an hour of my call and take a look at my air conditioning unit. Two technicians showed up, took a look at the unit and diagnosed the problem immediately, the unit was fixed in 20 minutes by two extremely knowledgeable technicians. The A/C went back online and started working immediately. I'm very grateful with the prompt service and the professionalism of the technicians. I definitely will be calling this company again for a future plumbing heating and air problems.
In this era of time where customer service is hard to find, this was by FAR the best customer service we have experienced in any field in a very long time. I'm a firefighter and customer/community service is our top priority. This company empresses at every level. I wouldn't even look up another company, stop here, call them and you will be happy you did. Our family is thankful for the service they provided and we will only recommend them.
