Good Therapy and Laura G has been helpful, a great resource, and integral to navigating change, loss, personal, professional and family changes. She is attentive and provides great questions and strategies to handle life outside of the offie, on your own. Having a session with Laura already booked brings peace of mind.
I have been very impressed with the therapy that I have received over the last few months with Summer. She helped me deal with difficult issues from my past and gave me strategies to deal with negative emotions including shame and negative self talk. I would highly recommend Summer and Good Therapy
