I have had in-person meditation sessions at San Diego Meditation for a few months and the results are much better than I expected. I had serious issues with anxiety which impacted my sleep but after 2 months of meditation and with Jin's guidance my anxiety - though not totally eliminated - has become manageable and my sleep has improved dramatically. Also Jin is so welcoming, a very kind soul. If you are looking for an alternative to melatonin or other drugs to improve you rest I highly recommend giving San Diego Meditation a try!

This website continues to help me through anxieties of the pandemic. I used the site in 2019 after my physical therapist recommended the site. I suffered severe post-operative (lumbar fusion) Complex Radiated Nerve issues and muscle spasms. The mindfulness alternative is awesomeness.

Great introduction & walk through on the benefits of meditation. I used ClassPass to book a virtual Zoom one on one session with Lauren. She was great at asking questions on what I'd like to accomplish with meditation. Then talking me through and explaining the process. I was so relaxed after the session that I decided to sign up for membership. I highly recommend San Diego Meditation for anyone that is looking to incorporate a wellness regimen or program.
