I was extremely happy with the treatment I got from John at SD Elite Physical Therapy. I had injured my arm two months prior to my appointment and was worried that I would need surgery because it wasn’t healing. John was very thorough with his diagnostic evaluation and was able to pinpoint exactly what tendon I had strained. I also learned that tight neck and scalene muscles can effect muscles of the arm. He did this magical manipulation of my neck that felt heavenly, and gave me more rotation in my neck. His personable nature and enthusiasm made the whole experience a very positive and relaxed one. He showed me several exercises to do and printed out a guide with pictures of three exercises/stretches for me to do, with time and reps for each one. He reassured me I would not need surgery and gave me much peace of mind. It’s only been two days and I am already feeling relief in my arm. I highly recommend John, he is a true professional who knows his stuff!
