After being stood up by a seller on FB marketplace, Eli and James saved me. Eli was polite and helpful on the phone and had the washer/dryer I was searching for. They were able to deliver and install same day. James, the technician, had to take the door off my gate to get the appliances in and was ready to go the extra mile as part of the installation service. These days, some businesses don't seem to care that you are paying them for products/services. Eli treats you like they appreciate your business, which I am grateful for. Impressed by their wide range of options in their showroom! As a corporate office, time is of the essence -- the staff here worked with our schedule to ensure the appliances we purchased arrived and were installed in the same-day, without any disruptions. They were professional, and efficient!

Ive been using these guys for years for all my rental properties and will continue to do so.
