Through unfortunate circumstance and my own stupidity, I needed Sam two times this week. SUPER speedy response time both times (less than 20 minutes)! He really knows his stuff! Had me back in the house within just a couple of minutes both times! Can’t recommend him enough. Fantastic service and knowledge professional! Thanks so much, Sam!!
I had three commercial doors with faulty locks that failed within the first year. I called 2 companies and they said they could not fix them and that I would need to order all new assemblies. I decided to give it one more shot and called Sam and I’m so glad I did! He was at my property within an hour or so and fixed all three locks within 20 minutes. Sam is a honest and hardworking guy that really saved me when I was in a bind.
Moved into a new place and got locked out of our garage before we could make extra key copies and program the garage door opener. Sam responded to our request and arrived within a few hours, picked the lock, then replace the dead bolt and door knob that I provided in less than 30mins.
