I have a been to a bunch of 'curly hair experts' (including Deva stylists) before....Lincoln is the best! He is passionate about curly hair (and OUIDAD) and he has been cutting hair for like 40 years!!! He is so experienced and skilled, and he knows what is best for you and your curls. And don't think that because he has been doing this for so long that he is in any way 'old fashioned'. Au contraire, he is so cool and phenomenally young/youthful and wants you to look as cool, fun or as classic as you want!... He spends considerable time in educating you on your curls and how to style them & keep them looking fantabulous. I am not a big 'styler' , and I really appreciate his patience and explaining how I keep things looking great while being relatively 'low maintenance'... He is very intuitive, with you, and with your curls and he has the power/knack to instinctively do what's best based on what you want for your hair and your look. Lincoln is Numero Uno!!! ‍‍‍

I've been to Lincoln three times in the last few years and he is AMAZING with curly hair. Quarentine has me in desperate need of a hair cut and then I realized this review was long overdue. Never have I ever looked forward to a haircut before finding Lincoln. Growing up curly, was a challenge and hair cuts would always end badly, but not anymore. He takes his time to listen to what you want. I have very thick hair and I love it, which he knows, so he never tries to thin it out like countless stylists in the past. He's also a Ouidad expert and provides a lot of education on the product and how to use it. Since switching completely to Ouidad, and getting my hair taken care of by Lincoln, my hair is more manageable, healthy and I can grow it long without it turning into a nightmare. Lincoln is a curly hair genius!
