This is not my normal vet (but it will be now!). After my dog stopped eating and became very lethargic, I couldn't get any urgent appointments. I called 7 vets near me and everyone responded "we're at capacity". This was the only vet that offered to squeeze me in in-between appointments on a Friday night. The front desk and vet tech staff were friendly and welcoming. When we met with Dr. Hanks, he was extremely caring and I felt he took a lot of time talking with us, explaining different scenarios, etc. It wasn't just a quick in and out. This is the best veterinary! We highly recommend them! We’ve moved and hadn’t had a vet established yet. I got an appointment for new patient urgent care but my pet’s situation turned into an emergency! They got him in immediately and he had emergency surgery. They were caring and kind and patient. They explained everything for the procedure very well before anything was done along with the cost of everything (not to mention their costs are extremely reasonable compare to other vets/urgent/ER visits). They stayed after hours to make sure we got our boy home that same night. They called to check on him before his next follow up. During all the follow ups they continued... read full review
