Our tub and shower drain needed to be unclogged. We called Rooter Solutions and they scheduled us for the next day. Ryan came out and spent a couple hours clearing the clog. He was super professional, knowledgeable and cordial. The problem is fixed. They honored the $54 coupon. Will definitely use them again.
Best customer service! We called in the morning and they were here a few hours later. Tried their best to help us but ended up needing to do more work! They powered through and fixed our issue! We requested service for a clogged kitchen drain. Ryan came out this afternoon and literally spent hours working on our drain! He was very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Our drain was terribly clogged and difficult to clear. He told us what he was doing each step of the way. He was persistent and was finally able to clear it! We really appreciate all he did and the time he spent! A great guy!
