Hector was a Hero for us on Sunday 9/1 and Monday 9/2. He was friendly, knowledgeable, calm, and explained everything to us, our options and their respective effectiveness, pricing etc. We were able to make good decisions regarding our situation. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Jason from Rooter Hero saved the day on a holiday no less (Labor Day) when our upstairs toilet wouldn’t unclog. My husband generally handles all the plumbing issues but he wasn’t home when Jason came by to fix.
What I appreciated the most about Jason is that after all stages of the visit, he clearly explained things without being patronizing (you would be surprised how often this happens). After having to do a more complex fix, he went on to explain the fix and then provide red flags to look for in the future.
He was professional, thorough and quick and we definitely recommend Rooter Hero!
Thorough and follows up well with information. Enjoyed that they didn’t stack on the cost for my particular plumbing issue being more complicated than normal.
Prolly can find a better quote, but I stand by buy nice not twice.
