“After submitting my information i got a response next day to set up a time for them to come out and inspect my roof to see what i needed. They were very professional and not only told me what i needed, but also told me why, which is something i value. They were very good at keeping contact and giving me updates throughout the entire process in person, through text and email, and through call. When we asked them to address a issue with the final product (a bit of gutter damage and some discoloration of the paint on one wall) they were very happy to fix any problems we had until we were 100% satisfied, which we are.“

He also said that they don't typically do jobs this small but to let him know if we run into any problems and he'll see what he can do. We weren't able to get anywhere with the orginal team so called Dar after ~ 2months. He had someone there within a few days to install the vents. Kept his word and did a great job. “I had my roof redone in November, 2023 by Shake, Shingle and Roll. It was a shingle roof on the house and a flat roof on the garage. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the knowledge of the materials and the communication with the office staff during the whole time. In July, 2024, I received a letter from my insurance company saying they were not going to renew my homeowner's insurance policy because of ponding on the roof, and for another reason, not to do with the roof. I have had this policy for over 25 years. I called the office of Shake, Shingle and told them what was going on. Dave came out to my house with an associate, walked my roof and explained to me about "Tobacco-Juicing" and said the roof is fine, there is no ponding. “Working with Kendall and his team from Exclusively Roofing was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Our house needed a new roof and we wanted to make sure we got it done before the rainy season. We got quotes from five companies and not only was the quote process with Kendall pretty painless, his quote was better for a comparable statement of work. Kendall was no pressure, just explained what needed done, the options they offered, how the quote was calculated, what the quote did and did not cover, and left it in our hands. We talked about timing and he was able to get his crew on us within a week. After reviewing all the quotes we selected Exclusively Roofing and work started. I saw Kendall daily and got updates on what was done and what the plans were for the next day. He was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the job (I admit to being a worrier). Tear off was quick and the team did such a good job picking up the yard appeared cleaner than when they started. The build crew was on time every day and was attentive to our property during the entire process. Each morning I was asked by the crew “If there is anything we can do to make this better for you just let us know”. At the end of each day they did a yard clean up, stored their tools, and left the property in as good a shape as they found it. The work finished on time and they did a last check of the roof and property and a final extensive clean up. Kendall did a final review with us, reminded us of the nice warranties we had and that we had his phone number if anything came up.
