We had our AC unit die unexpectedly during a heat wave. They were able to provide same day service and replace the unit. I was so impressed since it was a Sunday so I didn't expect such quick service. Many thanks!
Our AC went out during the summer and Reliable came out and changed our AC unit. These guys are awesome. Other companies were trying to over sell me a bunch of new equipment. Chris was able to troubleshoot the problem and only replaced what was broken. Sean was one of the techs that came out and he was super helpful. Not only did their job, they helped with some issues from a previous hvac company had done. They are responsive, respectful and trustworthy. I recommend you give them a call for any heating or AC needs.
This is the second time Reliable Standard has come out to my home and the second time that they did not charge me for their time and expertise. Alex was incredible generous, assessing that our HVAC Blower control board and motor were potentially broken. Instead of charging us over $2000 to fix it, he suggested that I try to replace it myself. He even took a picture of the board and sent it to me, explained what I needed to do, and offered to be available to help me by phone. I replaced it and now my AC is working again. He saved me a ton of money, and will continue to have my business and referrals. Thanks again!
