Exceptional rehab facility! I have struggled with hip and back pain for years. Since attending Rehab United in Bonita, my pain has significantly decreased and I am sleeping so much better. Jeremy S. and Desiree are knowledgeable, experienced Physical Therapists and provide thorough and successful treatment. Along with their assistant, Ray, they truly afford the attentive care needed and trained me to properly continue self care at home. The Keet Health App provided is very user friendly and helps with treatment plans for at-home PT. I never feel rushed or forced to share my appointment with several clients. I have the attention of a therapist or assistant throughout all of my appointments. Heather provides outstanding professionalism and customer service, flawlessly handling scheduling and billing....always with a smile and friendly attitude! Seeing co-owner Sean on site several times helping therapists and patients reflects a sincere commitment to both his employees and clients. They always provide a safe and comfortable environment which was especially important to me during this challenging Pandemic!
I initially started at RU in February of 2018. I had recently had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair and the help I got was always amazing. While I was there I was primarily helped by Davon. He ended up seeing me through not only the recovery from my knee surgery but also a pinched nerve in my neck and a slap tear repair in my shoulder. From Emmalynn and others at the front to Davon, the other PTs, and the aides/volunteers in the back, everyone is there to help and they all truly care and want to see everyone succeed. Im extremely happy with the choice I made for where to go for my PT and will miss everyone who I got to work with there. I would highly recommend Davon and everyone at RU to anyone I know.
