We moved from Washington state and I always look at reviews before I actually pick places or like anytime honestly and this place had no bad reviews compared than some annoying person talking about like a phone answering person like a receptionist based off of like some like scheduling issue so I wasn’t gonna base that off of my perspective so I looked at every single review. I swear to God and I chose this vet specifically off of all the reviews and I’m so glad because he’s amazing. Took my 13 year old cat Stacy for her first appointment this morning. Dr. Ko and his staff are very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and caring. Will be taking my other 2 boys in the next few weeks. Highly recommend.

Other veterinary practices we’ve visited in the RB/4S Area upsell excess services, so I dreaded taking my dog in for appts. because I always had to endure a sales pitch. Discovered Dr. Ko’s 5-Star practice online and been taking our Mini Schnauzer here for 3+ yrs. It’s a blessing to have Dr. Ko as Bella’s veterinarian because she’s suffered several serious illnesses this past year (Meningitis, Pancreatitis, Cysts, etc) and Dr. Ko always nurses her back to health. We love Dr. Ko and the entire RBVC staff because they’re knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, understanding and always take time to listen to concerns and answer questions. If... read full review
