Rancho Bernardo Surgery Center

I just wanted to reach out and thank the entire staff at Rancho Bernardo Surgery Center. I was particularly nervous and my preop nurse Theresa and her experience + bedside manner was just what I needed. The anesthesiologist and operating room nurses were welcoming and helped me feel relaxed. After the surgery Julie in recovery was friendly, talented and full of information. If I forgot anyone’s name please excuse me, I was a little out of it. Alexis, Rachel, Shannon, Julie and Theresa. Thanks again!I hope no one finds themselves needing surgery, but if you do, this staff is simply fantastic.

This out patient surgery center just had a face lift on the exterior and looks brand new. It's very nice looking on the inside and out. They have been at this location for 20 years but I was just informed that they are moving at the end of January 2024 to a new location in Escondido near Palomar Hospital. Their name will change too. The staff are personable, friendly, and really put you at ease. They called me prior to the procedure to let me know insurance/payment details so there were no surprises with payment or what was expected. Hopefully I won't have to visit again but If I do need an out patient surgery center again in the future, this is the surgery center I will choose.

Just had a colonoscopy here. Really great experience. Nurses were professional and the entire team in the procedure room were courteous and competent. Facility is clean and what is to be expected from an outpatient surgery office.
