I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital! We’ve been bringing our kitty here since January 2022, and recently started bringing in our new kitten as well. Between wellness exams, medications, and a few recent health concerns, the entire team has gone above and beyond for both of our cats.
The veterinarians and technicians are incredibly thorough, compassionate, and proactive — they’ve kept in touch with calls and texts to check on our kitties’ progress and ensure all our questions are answered. Even the front desk staff is consistently kind, helpful, and professional.

Great price, excellent staff! I knew I had to get my dog spayed. But taking my happy healthy baby (4y/o chiwawa “Sandy”) in to get cut up…? was something I wasn’t sure about… I had already been to two other vets before backing out. But these guys were recommended by an emergency hospital I know and trust.
#1 price was less than I had budgeted.
#2 the genuine love and care from the staff toward my dog.
#3 they fallowed up and overall impressed me!
My cat, Jack, has been there for boarding. He was very relaxed when I pick him up. He had attention all day, they even put a iPad in his area to watch lizard videos!
These are lovely people!
The vet has answered all my questions and examined Jack. Jack is in good hands!
