I have been going here for 15+ years. Charlie is a gem. I have always gotten my clothes done on time and without any problems. I have had several things altered that I've been very pleased with. Additionally, I have had 3 beloved old sweaters with tears that they have very artistically repaired with matching yarn. I recently have started to use the assistance of a cane, and Charlie has has been taking out and hanging my laundry in my car. In these days, there are not many places that I have been satisfied with for over 15 years, but Ranch Cleaners is one of them!!

I've had zero issues with Ranch Cleaners. They in fact most recently were able to remove a difficult red wine stain from a white shirt. Tried all the other dry cleaners in Rancho Penaquitos. These guys have been the best for me by far

I used this dry cleaners for almost a year and I would run into Little issues like a shirt not being cleaned or them not being able to find my clothes for the most part everything worked out well for a while however the customer service here is very poor anytime there is a mistake that was made on my clothes other than apologizing and offering to make it up they would come up with an excuse I had a white shirt that got burned I did not notice it in the store because I simply grab my clothes and left and when I brought it to their attention they denied it I was a little upset that they did that because I was a fairly regular customer for about a year I'm not going... read full review
