This review is long overdue! Our home insurance company (who super sucks, but they'll get their review once my dealings with them are over) is who set up Rainbow Restoration to come out for an emergency visit due to our water heater bursting and filling our rooms (literally) an inch deep in water. I'm not gonna lie and say I wasn't apprehensive about who our insurance contracted to come out. Rainbow was out at daylight the following morning, and from the beginning, they were very professional. Rainbow was called when we had a flood caused by a contractor. The demolition crew, led by Oscar , was prompt, efficient, and left things tidy, with no trash. The crew who did the drying out were amazing. Very careful of our property, and very thorough. Rainbow kept in communication constantly. We always knew who was coming, when, and what their assignment was. And then the reconstruction began. Led by Jose Morales, I cannot praise him, and his contractors enough. The Rainbow Team helped us with mitigation when the neighbor's bathroom leaked into our home...they were fast, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. We thank you for the great job you did!!
