There is a huge Otay water tank on the hill behind my home. It started releasing water in the middle of the night, and it wasn't discovered until the next morning. My unit and 5 others had our downstairs wiped out with muddy, contaminated water. The drywall had to be take out several feet up, through the entire downstairs and out through the garage.R&M did a fantastic job restoring the downstairs. Particularly the texture on the walls -- from my experience, not everyone can do a good (or even passable) job matching/blending texture. R&M's work was impeccable. You cannot look anywhere, and see that a repair was ever done. They really do make it like the disaster never happened. Even in the garage behind where the washer/dryer go, or in the back of a closet that wraps under the stairs, their work is great. They did a great job even where it wouldn't be visible. My next door neighbor used them, and they did a great job with her place as well. Two of my other neighbors used other contractors, but after they compared the work in their places, vs. mine and my neighbors, they were wishing they had used R&M! Besides great work, their guys are nice, polite, professional and demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of all aspects of their work.

We've used R&M Construction for three projects at two different properties, and their team is just consistently exceptional. From communication to scheduling to finishing on time and on budget, R&M has just been incredible to work with.Construction and house projects can be a hassle, but their team provides great peace of mind in knowing that things will be done right, and they'll also take great care to make sure that your property is kept as clean as possible, even during some intensive work. Other contractors we've used have overpromised and underdelivered, but R&M has overdelivered, and they've also made sure to explain things every step of the way so that we were never in the dark.The quality of the work is great, as are Rob, Andrew and the entire team at R&M. We'd highly recommend using them for your project, and we'll continue using them for each of ours.
