Was expecting something bad after reading reviews . My experience was great. First of all , the place is absolutely spotless down to the keyboards, mouse , etc . The staff was very efficient and in fact very friendly. I have nothing negative to report .

My personal experience went well at the PSI exam center. Staff was friendly and courteous. Really straightforward as well, schedule an exam online and come in 30 minutes before exam. Got my test results then and there, but that could vary depending on your exam.

I just took the first of three 3-4 hour NCARB exams at PSI - San Diego and had an excellent experience. The staff were polite and professional (careful with security), with a greeter at the door to start the process with lockers and several staff checking in candidates. I arrived a half hour early, and they were able to check me right in. The facilities were kept at a comfortable temperature, clean, new, carpeted to dampen sound, had plenty of space in the cubicles, good computers, mouse and screen.
