This was my first time coming to this nail salon because they are conveniently open late until 9pm (which is definitely helpful for a mom who works a 9-5 with a son who plays sports thereafter, lol). ? I called ahead of time and they told me to come right in. The staff members were all extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Cindy immediately greeted me and offered to do my nails, while also recommending that I get my eyebrows done as the technician was still available. I needed to get my nails done and eyebrows threaded for a trip to Hawaii and found PNT nails since they were located in the Mission Valley mall which is where I go to get my eyebrows done. I had waited last minute so the convenience of a one stop shop was appealing. The place is really big with lots of stations. We were able to get accepted without an appointment but then after some people were turned away so I think we were just lucky and recommend an appointment. The staff was really friendly and they did their best to have two people working on you if you had a mani & pedi which I always appreciate since I hate sitting forever. Had a wonderful time with my mom here!! We just got a pedicure with gel and acrylic nails. It was a success! Reasonably priced and the staff is AWESOME! Happy to get my holiday nails done here! They are very efficient and great!
